Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms cover your use of AI Video Generator ("the service"), which is operated by aivideogeneratoronline.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

The service turns text prompts into short videos using AI models from third-party providers. Results vary, and a video may not match your prompt exactly. We may add, change, or remove models and features over time.

Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Each person may have one account, so please do not create extra accounts to collect free credits. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Credits

Videos are paid for with credits. The price of each video is shown before you generate it.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Credits from a monthly plan end when the billing period ends.
• Credits from a yearly plan arrive every month and last until the plan year ends.
• Credit packs last one year from purchase.
• Free credits may have their own end date, which you can see on your Credits page. We may limit how many free videos can be made each day.
• If a video fails, its credits return to your balance automatically.

Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are handled by Stripe, and prices are in US dollars. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically, and we charge your payment method at the start of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, your plan may be paused or ended.

Our Refund Policy explains when we give refunds. If you dispute a payment with your bank, we remove the credits from that payment and may end your plan.

We may change prices. We will tell you before a change to your plan's price, and the new price will apply from your next renewal.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use your videos. You must not use the service to create or share:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Pornography or sexually explicit content of anyone, real or fictional.
• Sexual or intimate content of a real person.
• Content that shows a real person doing or saying something they did not do or say, in a way that could deceive others or harm them.
• Content that threatens, harasses, or promotes violence or hatred against people.
• Content that is illegal or that encourages illegal activity.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
• Scams, fraud, political disinformation, or spam.

You must also not try to break, overload, or get around the limits of the service, including with bots or extra accounts.

We check prompts with automated tools before a video is made, and we do not charge for a prompt we refuse. We may also remove a video or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Credits already spent on content that breaks these rules may not be returned.

Your Videos

As between you and us, you own the prompts you write and the videos you make, to the extent the law allows. You can use your videos for personal and commercial projects, as long as you follow these terms and the law. AI models can produce similar results for different users, so we cannot promise that a video is unique. You are responsible for checking that a video is suitable for your use.

Every video has no visible watermark, but it carries a hidden label that marks it as AI-generated, such as the C2PA content credentials or AI metadata added by the model provider. You must not remove or change this label.

You give us permission to store and process your prompts and videos, and to show them to you, so that we can run the service. We do not promise to keep your videos forever, so please download the ones you want to keep.

Our Service and Content

The site, its software, its design, and its sample videos belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may not copy or resell them.

Reporting a Problem

If you believe a video breaks these terms or infringes your rights, use our Report Content page or email hello@aivideogeneratoronline.com. We will review it and remove content when appropriate. We remove non-consensual intimate images within 48 hours of a valid report.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, cancel any active plan and email us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unused credits end when an account is closed.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always work, be error free, or produce a particular result. AI generated videos can contain mistakes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and we will tell you in the service or by email if a change is important. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
