Refund Policy

Failed Videos

If a video fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. You can see the refund in your credit history next to the failed video.

Videos You Did Not Like

AI results vary, and a finished video may not match what you pictured. Each finished video costs us real money to make, so we do not return credits for a video that was generated successfully.

Canceling a Plan

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time from your Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again. Canceling does not refund the current period.

Refunds for Payments

Purchases are generally final, because credits can be spent right away. If you were charged by mistake, were charged twice, or had a problem we could not fix, email us within 14 days of the payment and we will review it. Please include the email address on your account and your order number from the Payments page.

When we refund a payment, any unspent credits from that purchase are removed from your account. For a yearly plan, this means all unspent credits from that plan, and no more monthly credits will arrive.

If you dispute a payment with your bank, the credits from that payment are removed and your plan ends. Please email us first, because we can usually solve the problem faster.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
