Overview

This policy explains what information AI Video Generator, operated by aivideogeneratoronline.com ("we", "us"), collects and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.

What We Collect

• Account details: your name, email address, profile picture if you add one, and a protected form of your password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and picture from Google.
• Prompts and videos: the text you write, the settings you choose, and the videos you make.
• Credits and payments: your credit balance and history, plans, and orders. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
• Support messages and reports: what you send us through support tickets, email, or our report form, including any files you attach and your email address.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser, device type, and pages visited. We use this to run the site, stop abuse, and fix problems. This includes counting free videos per network, using a scrambled form of your IP address.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your theme, and remember where you came from when you sign up. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How We Use Your Information

• To make your videos and show them in your account.
• To manage your account, credits, payments, and refunds.
• To answer support requests.
• To keep the service safe, including checking for prompts and videos that break our Terms of Service.
• To improve the service and understand how it is used.
• To send messages about your account, such as verification and password emails.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with companies that help us run the service, and only what they need:

• AI providers: your prompts and settings are sent to the companies that run the video models, including Kie, ByteDance (Seedance), and Kuaishou (Kling), so they can make your video. Your prompts are also sent through Kie to a Google Gemini model, which checks them against our rules before a video is made.
• Stripe: handles your payments and may keep records as the law requires.
• Hosting and storage providers: run the site and store your data and videos. Cloudflare also checks that sign-ups come from real people, using its Turnstile service.
• Email provider: delivers account emails.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Where Your Data Is Processed

Our providers may process your data in countries other than your own, including the United States and China. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your account information, prompts, and video records while your account is open. After you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, unless we must keep it for legal, tax, or fraud prevention reasons. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your Choices and Rights

You can update your name and picture in your account settings. You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@aivideogeneratoronline.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Security

We use encrypted connections and limit who can access your data. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else.

Children

The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top of this page, and we will tell you in the service or by email if a change is important.
